Channel Letters

Illuminated and non illuminated letters are manufactured from .063 aluminum. 
The backs and faces are computer routed from your approved artwork so that it will not vary at all from your final design.  The returns are welded to the backs, not riveted, for a higher quality letter.  When illuminated the neon rests on stud mounted risers which allow for a much stronger base that holds the neon in place.  These letters can be backlit if preferred and the neon and faces come in a variety of colors from which to choose.  The letters can be mounted on
a raceway if needed to allow less penetrations into your wall.  All letters are manufactured to UL specifications which assures you a top of the line product.

Sign Cabinets

Our sign cabinets are made of aluminum extrusions which make them much stronger than your average sign cabinet.  They can be reinforced when needed with steel or aluminum angle and are manufactured to strict UL approved standards.  The faces are usually supplied with a 3/16" polycarbonate for outdoor use which is much stronger than plexiglass.  All components used are quality constructed and ballasts carry warranties.

Custom Pylon Signs

We can design any type of custom pylon sign for your needs.  The sign can have irregular shapes and use a variety of materials to give it a dimensional look. 
It can be illuminated with neon or fluorescent lamps.  The faces can be routed out and backed up with plex or the letters can even come through the sign to give it a dimensional look while still being illuminated. You're only limited to the extent of your idea's. 

Computer Routed Faces

Our Multicam routing table is computer controlled to cut aluminum, wood, sintra etc.  We can cut almost any design that can be saved as a DXF file.  The faces then can be backed with polycarbonate or plexiglass for illumination if need be.  We can also route dimensional letters for various materials that can then be mounted to your wall.

L.E.D. Message Units

Contact us for sizes and ideas for incorporating a message unit into your pylon signs.  You control the copy from your computer and the times that copy will run.  These quality units are manufactured to withstand any weather extremes and need very little servicing when professionally installed. They are extremely energy efficient when compared to typical wedge based lamp units.

Neon

Our on-site neon plant enables us
to provide you with quality neon illumination for any of your needs.
We can manufacture border neon for windows and company identification
or even design a display to your specifications.

Vinyl Lettering and Graphics

Almost all of the graphics for the faces of signs are cut from premium pressure sensitive vinyl.  Once again you are only limited to your idea's.  Vinyl comes in a myriad of colors and is computer cut
on our Mutoh plotter.  The vinyl can be applied to windows, vehicles, aluminum and other substrates and has a 7 year lifespan per manufacturer specifications.

Sandblasted Signs

Our sandblasted signs are manufactured out of high quality redwood.  They are sandblasted and painted to your specifications.  We have designed numerous frames to mount these to if needed and the quality is unsurpassed.
